Yeah, and what about that snoozing in the morning...

I already mentioned the thing on my facebook, but its still stuck in my head. Every freakin morning I wake up...oh wait, every night I set my alarm clock on my iphone to alarm at ....time. Every freakin' morning when the alarm sets off, I'm like...FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK!! The fuuuck!?!?!....duh.

So, finally passed all these years I'm thinking why the hell is it so hard to wake up? Has anyone got any ideas how to improve my waking-up-skills?

By the way, the norm is to snooze at least 3 times, and in some cases even 5. Saturday or Sunday, depends which day is the partyday, I can even snooze the whole day.

Just a thought here, hope I'm not the only one.

Finally I found this, something to think about:
"... a big part of insomnia is often anxiety about not sleeping. In other words it becomes this self fulfilling cycle where we're not sleeping because we're worried about not sleeping. That can be a big problem that gets in the way of sleep. So we'll learn how to release that anxiety and relax about the whole thing especially when we get to part three which are techniques on how to go to sleep. In other words super simple snoozing strategies."

Thagahs..
